Vendor Partnership benefits are subject to applicable scheduling, availability, event participation, audience considerations, promotional requirements, geographic limitations, platform availability, and other operational factors.
Not every Vendor will receive the same level of exposure through every promotional channel.
Event, email, social media, website, Partner Directory, Vendor Spotlight, Direct Mail / EDDM, webinar, and other promotional opportunities may vary in timing, format, placement, reach, and frequency.
PG Virtual Solutions reserves the right to determine the appropriate format, timing, placement, and method for providing included promotional opportunities.
Any reference to a "$5,000 Value" represents an estimated or promotional value assigned to the collection of opportunities, services, exposure, resources, and benefits included or potentially available through the Vendor Partnership.
The stated value is not a guarantee of monetary return, advertising performance, sales, leads, or revenue.
The $5,000 value should not be interpreted as a promise that the Vendor will receive $5,000 in sales, leads, advertising equivalency, or financial benefit.
Certain services, technology, promotional opportunities, platforms, educational resources, event services, printing, mailing, AI services, or other components of the Vendor Partnership may be provided, supported, facilitated, or fulfilled by independent third-party vendors, contractors, partners, or service providers.
PG Virtual Solutions and Peridot Gem Events and Party Rentals, LLC do not control the independent operations, policies, availability, performance, or results of third-party providers.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, requirements, and conditions.
Vendor Partnership payments are processed through Square, a third-party payment processing provider.

Payment processing may be subject to Square's applicable terms and policies.
The Vendor Partnership may be offered at a limited-time promotional rate.
Vendor Partnership payments are non-refundable.
The promotional price and included benefits are provided as described at the time of enrollment. Failure to use an available benefit does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, partial refund, or reduction in the partnership fee.
